Jay Peak is a four-season resort in Northern Vermont, close to Montreal, Canada as well as Vermont’s largest city, Burlington. The Hotel Jay Conference Center is a bit of the old mixed with some major new. Industrial, rustic, and contemporary flares merge to create a compelling, one-of-a-kind space for any event.
The Hotel Jay is also home to several restaurant and bar options including The Foundry, Mountain Dick’s Pizza, Buddy’s Mug Coffee Shop, The Drink, and The Warming Shelter Snack Bar, which together offer a wide range of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Additional Details:
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is subject to the cancellation policy below and charges will be applied to the credit card according to the Reservation Cancellation Policy below. The Remaining 50% is due at the time of check-in. Upon check-in, each guest is required to provide a credit card for incidental charges (room charge backs, damages etc).
For retail reservations staying between May 1st and November 19th each year:
Cancellations more than 72hrs prior to arrival will be fully refundable.
When cancelling or shortening a stay within 72hrs prior to arrival, the deposit or value of cancelled days is forfeited.
There is a 30-day cut off for the block so after that attendees may need to call in to receive the discounted rate. The hotel will honor the conference rate right through the conference dates so long as rooms are available.

Jay Peak Resort is located in Jay, Vermont in the Northeast Kingdom. It is easily accessible via major highways plus air travel from the Northeast Kingdom International Airport, Burlington, Vermont, or Montreal, Quebec.
Ground Transportation
Minimum Vehicle Charge: $120/hour for Suburban
$156 hourly charge for Transit Van
$192 hourly charge for Passenger Bus
All shuttles are a two-hour minimum and are charged as key-on, key-off.
More than a 2-hour flight delay will be charged an additional $26hr
Payment must be received a minimum of 7 Days prior to transportation.
