We are offering tiered registration rates to hopefully accommodate many attendee needs.

A promo code* is required in order to access the member rates noted below. Please contact VTGC or VRPA to confirm membership and obtain the promo code.

Are you a student, are an all-volunteer organization, or does your organization have an operational budget of $100k or less? You can save $147 off a two-day registration!

Two Day:

For those attendees who want to bring a guest or can only attend a portion of the conference, we are also offering a la carte meal rates!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for registration, workshops, and pre-reserved functions and activities must be requested via email up to 14 days in advance of the conference start date, October 21, 2026. All written cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds are given within 14 days of the conference start date.
